In the USA, septic tanks and FULL drainage systems, are sucked out by a machine on a truck w/a tank-then taken to an land area covered by cement far away from the city and LIquids are then poured on the cement fields to let dry. Once waste sedements w/ chemicals dry up then they are scraped used as fertilizer after neutralized. Bohol can do the same- not just limited to:
1. closing drainage for bacteria to multiply
2. OR letting go into the neigborhoods to poison poor people
3. OR letting go on our prestine sea waters where we get our food.
