I would agree what olintaha had said…I assume there is nothing to hide so that is the best thing to do to make things clear to every tax payer. But if the City Mayor is using his personal money I don’t think he owes any explaination to anybody and to be fair with Atty. De La Serna I guess there is nothing wrong about his the question and will also help out any malicious issues…
Anyway,I only give my opinion…
If public funds are involved, “dapat lang”! The good mayor must explain or he may instruct the COA to publish his liquidation of expenses, in the interest of transparency.
