Yes, it’s true. DYRD-AM can be heard in Norway. Although you need to have special equipment plus a very large antenna and a lot of patience. Here’s the blog from Arnstein Bue of Trondheim, Norway: http://dxparadise.blogspot.com/2007/08/dyrd-bohol-chronicle-radio-tagbilaran.html
What people like Arnstein Bue do is called DXing, basically a ‘hobby of tuning in and identifying distant radio signals’ according to www.wikipedia.org. These guys don’t have look for the AM signal of DYRD-AM if they want to listen to our broadcast. All they need to do is visit www.dyrdam.com.
If DXing is your hobby, you can immediately confirm if you got the correct broadcast of DYRD-AM by also listening to the live broadcast over www.dyrdam.com. If you are successful, please let us know by putting a comment on this website or sending email to [email protected].
