BCRC and Auza.Net Forms Stragetic Partnership
Jun 18th, 2007 by Admin
Bohol Chronicle Radio Corporation and Auza.Net formed a strategic partnership on June 15, 2007 to provide interactive services and extend the reach of BCRC to the Boholano community abroad and outside of Bohol. In the partnership, BCRC will provide all the content from its twin media operations while Auza.Net will use its facilities and acquired technology to broadcast and enable access of the media content to the world.
The first project resulting from this partnership is the live broadcast of DYRD-AM to the world using streaming media technology and the Internet. DYRD-AM Interactive! will be available starting July 1, 2007 and is currently on test broadcast on its website http://dyrdam.com. To listen, users should register on the website or through this link in order to get their access accounts. Registered users may also provide feedback on the program through the website. The live radio broadcast is available here: DYRD-AM Live!
On-Demand Audio clips are also available. An example of On-Demand audio is found here.
More details will be provided on this website within the next few days. Stay tuned!

Hi, you can add a link to http://www.dyrdam.com by going to the ‘Help spread the word’ link on the top left column of the webpage. Regarding feedback via email, we are not yet doing that now because just the comments and phone calls alone have overwhelmed the airwaves of DYRD. 🙂
We welcome comments on the website for those who cannot call live. Also, a special program is in the works for handling feedback from readers and listeners all over the world. This will be announced soon.
It’s wonderful that you’re also using wordpress as it is an easily manageable update. Ours is also using wordpress and we’ve had an easy time training users on it. Strategic partnerships work for both partners, would you consider linking our site in yours? Also, although you have provided phone numbers aplenty, please consider using an email address for those who can’t call in because they are in different time zones. We’ve been using ours for some time and it’s hard to fill up and managing emails is so much easier as it has excellent spam protection. Thanks a lot. We really need your help. Go to http://www.processbohol.org and see how Bohol is changing with the help of local government and non-profit organizations.
we are so proud that finally dryd had gone global, this is great you know to the people behind this project you did such a very good job, imagine kami nga layo makadungog live from Bohol through internet dili na mi mag hulat og txt sa mga relatives para makibalita and not only that pwede sad me nga makatawag just to greet our love ones back home, i have one more comment about your program lami unta kon naa moy ” yahoo messanger ” para makatawag me direct sa among computer dili na me mag kalkal sa telephone maghulat og anus-a mo bakante ang inyong line…
It is very nice program you make… All out the world Boholanos are very happy with this program. Imagine before I used only to check news in Bohol from txt messages of my family…. but then now you can hear live na live pa….. KEEP IT UP…
NetKlamo and TxtKlamo are removed for now because we haven’t setup the support behind it. It will be there again very soon, and this time, the broadcasters will be reviewing them and using them for their programs.
I prefer Skype over Yahoo Messenger because it is lighter and the voice quality is much better. I also don’t like the streams from eRadioPortal because it’s difficult to connect if not using Windows Media Player (my last choice of player, too heavy on the system and a virus portal) and frequently disconnects. Perhaps they purposely disconnects so you’ll have to restart connection where they can stream commercials at the start.
There used to be a link to NetKlamo under the Categories box and the Comments RSS feeds is not working anymore. Are these services discontinued?
rduck,
it can be done using yahoo messenger with webcam and we can interact live and at the same time ciew atoy cosap, fred araneta or jerry fabe
I would like to congratulate the AUZA.NET Team who spent countless times in rushing up this project due to the excitement of our Boholano brothers and sisters. We look forward into building a quality Internet Radio which will have better sound, interaction, stability and streaming capacity for each and everyone to listen and soon you will see LIVE the DJ, commentator and guest. MABUHAY !
with regards to oil at the bottom of bohol strait, di na kailangan, kasi fisherfolks makes money out of it and our tourism industry makes dollar out of it, sakom sakomon ra pud ta
i agree with Bobong that the station must have yahoo messenger so that we can react immediately or call na dili long distance, please look at kissfm lucena http://www.eradioportal.com/index-luzon.html
duna sila yahoomessenger [email protected]
Daghan na kaayo ang radio station nga live through internet. AM/FM radio station in Visayas but mas nindot gyud ang station sa ato-a nga mabati na tibuok kalibutan….
Mas nindot gyud kon duna Yahoo Messenger aron kon duna react outside Bohol maka call through Yahoo messenger ug dili na long distance call through landline….
