JL Apostol Enterprises, contractor of the Agora Market says it will
complete the requirements issued by city hall in order for them to
continue working at the future Tagbilaran Business Center.
City administrator Walter Toston says he could not allow the Agora
Contractor to violate building permits in order to avoid being questioned
by the Commission on Audit.
