Aug 28th, 2007 by Admin
The latest heist by armed suspects at the Bank of Commerce on August 28, 2007 in broad daylight claimed the life of one of the security guards of the bank. This security guard is the second casualty in recent robberies in the city. Is the law and order situation worsening in the city? What should be done? Your comments are welcome!

The arm of the law must not give anyexcuses on the strenght that it has of why the criminals got away. The risk of another casualty occuring within the same week is high because authorities allow opportunities for evil doers to be forgiven just like what happen on another section of the island with the pocket snatchers.
Strong measures must be done by Tagbilaran Police and must have no mercy. Because of this Radio Station broadcasting online and Bohol as the number one tourist Destination of the Country, Crime in Tagbilaran is magnified on a world level!
Is Bohol the new nesting site for criminal vigilante? Are the local police involved with the crime syndicate? or they’re just not doing enough because they dont get enough incentives (pay-bonuses), and turning in their badges for new classes as nurses for abroad to get more income?
I believe that with Bohol’s rising popularity with the tourism industry worldwide- Bohol unknowlingly became the new face of PHilippines and with crime on the rise at an escalated level. The world will take notice.
just means that the city is alive and well… that’s why it’s attracted so much bad-ass rats…
no need to ask the obvious.
“res ipsa loquitur”, the thing speaks for itself, the fact speaks for itself, the matter speaks for itself.
first thing to do is to replace the city chief of police.
