Good morning DYRD staffs and to everyone in bohol. I am a listener of DYRD thru the web and I want to share some suggestions in solving traffic abuses in school zone perimeters karon nga panahon na sa klase. Although I have been away from Bohol for quite sometimes now, I understand the mess less disciplined drivers bring to the affected populace during school rush hours. First, how about making “speed bumps or road humps” on the roads approaching school areas that drivers are compelled to slow down. Secondly, if citation papers have no powers to those private vehicle owners who frequently violates the traffic laws let school or city officials make compulsory to let owners leave their cellphone numbers on the vehicle’s front mirror and finally, let tow truckspulled their vehicle for a fine. Surely these measures will discipline these violators and with less need of law enforcers in the future. Thank you and more power.
