It was mentioned on your news broadcast 8 Oct 08, that President Arroyo issued blankets and cellphone loads to our troops in Mindanao. So, I’m assuming that our troops are in the war zone with their personal cell phones.
I think our military need to reevaluate their Operation Security because all cellphones have a GPS capability & anytime it is on, it will transmit it’s location. I hope they don’t under estimate their enemy’s capability.
